HALOTHERAPY
Halotherapy, or salt therapy, is deeply relaxing and yet uplifting, that’s because Himalayan salt lamps generate negative ions like those found in nature near the ocean, churning waterfalls, or deep in pine forests.
Also, halotherapy involves breathing in air infused with tiny salt particles while taking in the healing ions. It is considered an alternative treatment for lung health and for detoxing the system. The salt air may also help with skin conditions, and allergies.
Experience halotherapy during massage or as you lay on a salt pebble bed under the glow of our three large Himalayan salt panels lamps.

Carol first received her National Certificate to practice massage therapy in Pennsylvania in 1999 after graduating from the 900 hour Massage Therapy program at The Great Lake Institute of Technology in Erie, PA.
In 2016 she underwent an incredible blessing of healing by receiving a “live donor” liver transplant from an great friend after suffering several years of serious liver illness.
Carol returned to the Institute to complete another 400 hours of on hands classes to regain her skills after her long illness. More information about Rosen Method Bodywork: Who developed it and how it works.
Rosen Bodywork was developed by Marion Rosen, a physical therapist, who recognized that emotional stress accompanied many body pains. Rosen said that “Our lived experiences and our emotional responses to these experiences lead us into physical habit patterns that actually become holding patterns.” These physical patterns can get locked in our muscle memory and can become a part of who we are.
In Rosen Bodywork we attempt to understand the language of the body by really paying attention to your body. With this whole body process a Rosen practitioner can support you in feeling what is present, explore your emotional anatomy and help bring you to your more natural state of being.
